245D Basic Support

Support services help individuals maintain independence with daily care.

245D Basic Support Services provide the assistance, supervision, and care necessary to ensure the health and welfare of individuals receiving support. These services focus on helping individuals manage daily activities safely and comfortably without services specifically directed toward training, treatment, habilitation, or rehabilitation.

At LDR Home Care, our goal is to support independence while ensuring individuals receive the help they need in the least restrictive environment.
