About Nicole Brinkman - Owner & CEO
Nicole Brinkman, a New Ulm native and 2000 graduate of NUHS, has always had a passion for science and helping others. She pursued a degree in Marine Biology and Biochemistry at the University of Tampa, where she volunteered at the Clearwater Marine Aquarium and completed many projects involving snorkeling and field research.
During her junior year, family health challenges led her to return to Minnesota, where she adjusted her focus and earned a BA in Psychology with a minor in Environmental Science in 2004.
Nicole has been working in home healthcare full-time since 2005. In 2016, she helped found LDR Home Care, and she has been an integral part of the team since its inception. In 2023, she earned her MBA in Healthcare Administration, further strengthening her leadership in the industry.
On June 14, 2022, Nicole became the proud owner of LDR Home Care, embracing her role as a woman business owner and continuing her mission to provide high-quality, compassionate care.
Nicole is dedicated to being a responsible employer and adding value to the lives of both her clients and her team. She looks forward to growing LDR Home Care and invites visitors to check back to see the agency’s progress and achievements.
