DSP: Sleepy Eye

We’re looking for someone special to hang out with an awesome 11-year-old boy in Sleepy Eye who loves being outside, exploring the community, and staying active! From parks and walks to swimming and fun outings around town, this role is all about turning everyday moments into exciting adventures. This job allows for the opportunity to get paid while having fun!
At the same time, you’ll be able to make a difference by helping him build life skills like following routines, making good choices, communication, and gaining independence- all while keeping things positive, supportive, and fun. This position offers extreme flexibility, with shifts starting as early as 9 am and ending at 9 pm.
What you’ll be doing:
- Going on outdoor adventures and community outings
- Encouraging social skills and confidence
- Supporting basic life skills in a hands-on, engaging way
- Being a positive role model
