Pay: $16-$17.50/hour starting

 We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional  (DSP) to join our team. As a DSP, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals with disabilities to lead fulfilling lives by providing companionship and assisting with independent daily living.

Starting wage depending on experience and placement, with a raise and bonus available in the first 60 days of employment. DSP assists with all activities of daily living (Grooming, bathing, dressing, toileting, transfers, positioning, mobility) as well as light housekeeping.

Shifts are 8 am to 12 pm, 3 days a week and every other weekend.

Qualifications

• Strong caregiving skills
• Comfortable with assisting with personal cares such as bathing and toileting
• Ability to assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Experience in group home or assisted living environments is a plus
• Willingness to learn and adapt in home and community care settings
• No prior experience required; training will be provided
